If you need a break from it all, you need to head to Spain to catch the sun and relax in the company of great hospitality and great food.   • Right mouse on the icon & 'Save Target As' (note where you are saving it)
  • Start Outlook
  • Select 'File'
  • Select 'Import/Export'
  • Select 'Import an icalendar file
  • Select saved file (spain.ics)
  • Select 'Next' , 'Next' and 'Finish'

    Yahoo! mail

    Yahoo file
  • Right mouse on the icon & 'Save Target As' (note where you are saving it)
  • Start Yahoo
  • Select 'Options'
  • Select 'Import/Export'
  • Under “Import from Outlook” select the saved file
  • Click 'Import'
  • Mac iCal

    Apple file
  • Save file (note where you are saving it)
  • Start iCal
  • Select File
  • Select Import
  • Select "Import an iCal file"
  • Google Calendar

    Google Calendar file
  • Save file (note where you are saving it)
  • Open Google Calendar
  • Go to "Settings" > "Import Calendar"
  • Select "Browse" and choose the file that contains your events
  • Select "Open"
  • Select the Google Calendar where you would like to import events then click on "Import"
  • Lotus Notes

    Lotus Notes file
  • Save file
  • Create a new mail memo in Notes
  • Attach the file & save memo as Draft
  • Open Draft memo and right click on attachment
  • Select "View" to see all entries in the file
  • Select those you wish to import and then click on Import Selected or Import All
  • Your Inbox will now have invitations for each meeting
