Start Outlook

Select 'File'

Select 'Import/Export'

Select 'Import an Icalendar

Select saved file (calendar.ics)

Select OK and 'Finish'

Yahoo! IRB World Cup Rugby users

Right mouse on the icon & 'Save Targe As' (note where you are saving it)

Start Yahoo

Select 'Options'

Select 'Import/Export'

Under “Import from Outlook” select the saved file

Click 'Import'

Mac iCal IRB World Cup Rugby users

Save file (note where you are saving it)

Start iCal

Select File

Select Import

Select "Import an iCal file"

Google IRB World Cup Rugby users

Save file (note where you are saving it)

Open Google Calendar

Go to "Settings" > "Import Calendar"

Select "Browse" and choose the file that contains your events

Select "Open"

Select the Google Calendar where you would like to import events then click on "Import"

Save file

Create a new mail memo in Notes

Attach the file & save memo as Draft

Open Draft memo and right click on attachment

Select "View" to see all entries in the file

Select those you wish to import and then click on Import Selected or Import All

Your Inbox will now have invitations for each meeting
